Hey! Sorry to have to comment after so long on such a negative subject, but there it is. I, too, am disappointed. So many of us are. I would just like to see some average everyday people running this country for a while and see what they do. The career politician types have got to go.

I had sincerely hoped for the sake of our country that I was wrong about Obama, but so far he is not proving me wrong. His economic policies are reckless and the amount of money they are spending is absolutely frightening. I say we vote out anyone who is currently in office and get some people in office who are there to serve our needs and not their own.

The author made clear some things I have been uneasy about but unable to articulate. I have been feeling more and more betrayed by Mr. Obama. WTF happened?

I also have faith that things will turn around. Obama has been in office only one year…trying to undo the damage that was caused in the previous eight years (sigh).

I didn’t read the article as it was MUCH TOO LONG. After the first few paragraphs I decided the author was using the tactic “If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with BS.” Like a resume, if you can’t make your point in the first couple of paragraphs….well why bother.

But thanks for sharing. Makes me more determined to attend informational meetings for various candidates as I did this last time and be more informed.

I think we just need to keep yelling. The politicians aren’t listening to us, but really – did they ever? I still have hope that he’ll turn things around.
