monsoon season

I have a new sweater to show you, but no modeled pics until the rain lets up!

For now, here’s a rainy-day-over-the-door preview:

Pattern:  Pas de valse from the new Fall Twist Collective

Yarn:   Rowanspun 4 ply

Brief verdict:  LOVE IT.  This is my most wearable sweater to date.  More ruminations to follow with modeled pics (if the sun ever returns)!

Oooh hey, go you! And in that color it’ll go with just about anything, further enhancing its wearability. Good choice. :)

Marnie did that pattern! (She’s a transplanted Portlander) It’s a lovely pattern and you did a fab job!

Rain? You let rain stop you from doing things? Ha! We laugh in the face of rain and venture forth and conquer the rain. (We had rain for our WWSiP event Saturday morning – I got one call from a transplanted Californian asking if it was cancelled – I politely refrained from laughing at her.)

It looks so cozy! Can’t wait to see it modeled — would the rain make it smell bad? I have a sweater like that and I HATE it for that reason.

    Hope you get some sun…soon!

You may want to leave it up on the door until the flood waters recede. lol Seriously…is it ever going to quit raining?

It looks very pretty! But what’s with the wire hanger? Did Faye Dunaway teach you NOTHING?
