Tough issues with the pattern instructions. (I’ve never been able to get an 8 st cable to look good, and haven’t given it enough of a lifetime to see if wear straightens out the holes.)

Beautiful photos! That textured knitted fabric is so beautiful & soothing to look at – I can’t wait to see it turn into a wearable piece (That pattern you showed is one of the only patterns recently to make my little knitter’s heart go fluttering about!)

And those buttons are gorgeous.
