I just started this and I can’t put it down.

Why didn’t somebody tell me cables were this much fun?!?!

    cool. those look fabulous. i’m sort of cable-shy, myself. but hope someday to get over it. when i look of those, i think of hans…. whatever he is, the story about the boy skater and his finger in a dike? is that right? the icy blueness reminds me of frozen ice reflecting blues and i can imagine a mini hans skating the lenght of your cables as if they were frozen rivers.

    Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I have a cable hook/separator thingy, but I’ve never been brave enough to try to knit anything with it. Too skeery. ;)

    Hey, I told you months ago cables were a blast when I knit my little cable swatch. It’s not my fault you didn’t believe me. :-)
    Seeing the cables appear as you knit is addictive, isn’t it? So much fun! Your piece is beautiful!

    …nothing like knitting along just so’s you can get to that “cable row” and use the little cable needle! Ah, life’s simple pleasures….
