		<description>Thanks for posting the pattern for the cowl. They hadn&#039;t fully grabbed my attention but your post has me convinced it&#039;s worth a try. Especially using yarn with great sheen and drape.

BTW, muscle weighs more than fat so there is a point where a person looses inches but not pounds as the muscles are worked and develop. Mentally very tough so focus on the inches for now.</description>
