Friday fiber

Remember this fiber?
It became these singles
Which turned into this plied yarn
I can’t wait to knit (something) with it! I highly recommend Julia’s roving if you like well-saturated colors and wonderfully soft fiber – and who doesn’t?
The knitting is finished on my Hexacomb Cardi. I still have to sew in the sleeves and find buttons. From trying it on in its sleeveless state…I don’t think it’s going to be a good look for me. At my present weight. Maybe sleeves will make a difference, I don’t know. Either way, I like it, it was a fast knit and if it hangs in my closet until I drop some poundage, so be it. I’ll call it incentive.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Mack likes to bathe in public. Sick-o kitty that he is.

Happy, candy-colored yarn. Gets me every time. Not spinning much at the moment myself but I’m wishing to…. :)

Lovely! Just curious – did you then ply from both ends of the ball?
