I love that sweater and I am intrigued by the yarn. I have been looking at Donegal Tweed for a cabled cardigan but the color I wanted is discontinued. How does this Plymouth yarn feel to knit with? I want a fairly study yarn - I plan to wear this sweater while actually doing things outdoors. How do you think this would do? Any input you have would be appreciated. Thank you.

Good luck. This was a very simple pattern, but i had a hell of a time with it when i got to the sleeves. I love the finished project, but it really came out nothing like the original for me. I made major modifications in the shoulder area. I had big time gauge issues. Nightmare! So i wish you luck.
