Elizabeth, I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't think you should have to defend yourself, even to family. The computer's a good idea, just blog and ignore them. By the way, my family knows I am a blogger, but they never read it.

While eating and sleeping sound absolutely wonderful, Friday I'll be uploading roving and yarn to my Etsy store, putting up
my Christmas tree and seeing Beowolf in 3D on the IMAX. Saturday I'll be at the Spinning Loft playing with my spinning
wheel and Sunday I start knitting Christmas presents. Good times! Happy Thanksgiving!

Since you are heading north, you will be able to wear your wool SAFF sweater without burning up! Hubby and I will be eating and drinking at the cuz's house tomorrow and the rest of the weekend and spending some quality time ALONE (that translates into him watching football and me knitting) Maybe it will be cold enough to light a fire in the fireplace...

Have a great Thanksgiving Holiday!

Go Elizabeth! If I put the turkey breast in the crockpot, I can knit, right? I might need to start a new sock. I don't feel the love for the other three I have going.

Wed - cook my overly ambitious dishes to take to my mother's tomorrow (case in point - I'm off to hunt for mascarpone cheese and crysatllized ginger!)

Thurs - head to Mom's with aforementioned dishes, eat, drink, play dominoes with my niece, hope my friends and family like each other, knit on my sister's way overdue socks (SSS has me in it's grip) as she will be asking me about them and subtly noting that her feet are cold

Fri - sleep in, knit, maybe 2 hours at the office, go out with friends

Sat - the Alabama/Auburn game with friends. I'm excited! This is my first time to witness this match-up. And I'm going with good folk. So maybe the rain, cold and 92K drunks won't bother me.

Sun - sleep, knit, pack for Atlanta

What Carole said.
Why do people hassle others about their food choices? Sheesh. (Except for getting to say that line about animals being made of meat - no matter how many times I hear that it's still funny.) Have fun.
