I want to knit EVERYTHING.

And so I knit nothing.
Edited to add links, going clockwise:
1. Turbulence U-Neck from Knitting Nature
2. Triple Braided Diamonds Turtleneck, from The Pleasures of Knitting: Timeless Feminine Sweaters
3. Notre Dame de Grace pullover in the Summer 07 IK
4. Tree Jacket from Zephyr Style

I know – I like four things in this season’s IK, and TWO of the three Knitty surprises! o.0 I just finished a baby sweater (except for buttons – can’t find my small needles ACK) so I get to start a Christmas present, and I think I’ll be doing that Mim stole. Like, TONIGHT.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the triple braid diamond turtleneck… I bought that book just for this pattern and haven’t knit a thing in the book :) Look at it every once and a while knowing that most of the patterns are pretty timeless.

Oh do I know this dilemma!
I even have yarn for some of the things I want to knit.
I love, love, love Nora Gaughan’s work – everything has such elegance.

I love the top two sweaters! The bottom two look kind of dated, no? Maybe it’s just me. I just can’t wrap my heaaroud that cowl neck on the red one. But I LOVE the top two!

Once I started knitting a sweater for myself, I find myself overwhelmed with ideas for other sweaters I want to make for memememememememe. Sigh.
