After talking with you Saturday, I was inspired to grocery shop and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the work week. If I can stick to my food plan for the week I’ll venture into after work exercise next week. I am much more likely to STAY up ’til 4:15 a.m. than to GET up at 4:15 a.m. Way to go E’beth!
