Didn't ya know? There's this magic trick that if you knit faster, you won't run out of yarn. It only works sometimes, but somehow I can't make myself not knit faster when I'm running out of yarn.

Right about now, I'd be thinking what else I had in my stash to add as an accent/design element, and where it would look better, down near the bottom of the yoke, or closer to the top? Maybe a contrasting ribbing? You could crochet more of that around the sleeves and bottom... total design element. Or I'd also be considering making a lower neckline than the pattern calls for, and just generally knitting. a lot. very fast.

Good luck!

The Weavers are outstanding - I'd be coveting too :-)

Alas, I do not have the yarn, but if I did, I'd send it to you!

The Guatemalan weavers are amazing -- how impressive. I would have had SUCH a hard time not buying that quilt though. :-)

I hate to even leave a comment beucase I have no help for you. I have never used Debbie Bliss of any kind (I have a grudge about the lack of schematics in her patterns). I will cross my fingers and hold my breath for you.

If you were here you would see the big big smile on my face. Not only do I see you are enjoying the Bella Knitting mug but I grabbed a glass of wine and spent some time reading through your blog. Nicely done. Great photos and I really hope you find your yarn. I am sure you will. Congrats on winning our blog contest and thanks for entering.

Oh, that really stinks! I wish I had some I could send you, but I tend to stubsitute for a lot of Debbie Bliss yarn. You could try emailing or calling the place you got it to see it they have some more of that dye lot or a similar dye lot. I find that suppliers often know which dye lots can pass for each other. Otherwise take EZ's advice and just alternate between the two dye lots about every three rows. No one will be any wiser, unless you tell them. I hope that you find some!
