Everyone in the world must have today off

Is anyone out there?  Even the construction workers at the building next door aren’t working.  I think there are five people in my office today.  The phone hasn’t rung ONCE. 

So I’ve been making pom-poms.  And filing.  A little.

Handspun, hand-dyed hat made by moi!  To be gifted to a buddy who lives in a much colder place than I.  I’m not happy with these poms; it’s been many years since I made them and I’m out of practice.  Thank goodness I have three and a half freakin hours of “work” left – I can perfect my pom-making skills!

Wee!  This picture almost makes me dizzy.
