Eye Candy Friday

Half-moon twilight, Paris, one year ago.
Fishing on the banks of the Seine.
How I would love to live there.
Basilique Ste-Clotilde. Finding this church was completely unexpected in a “Loss of the Creature” sense. We were admiring the facade outside Musee Mallion, heard music and saw Ste-Clotilde all lit up. The organist was rehearsing Mozart’s Requiem for a concert the following weekend. We sat in the pews, mesmerized, and let the beauty of the music and the church overwhelm us.
It brings tears to my eyes to remember it.
