My dryer died. After a week of calling the store I finally get a person, not an answering machine. I explain the situation. They say someone can be there in the morning. I say I work til 3:30 and so they have to come later. He says ok how would 2:00 be?? Hello!!! I just said that I work until 3:30. He say ok Friday around 1:00 they will be out. I said fella you are not following me. I do not get home until 3:30. He says, ok someone will be there at 4:00 tomorrow. ok. He shows up at 5:00!! AHHHHHH!! By the way, he flipped all the switches on the dryer and it started. Doesn't that figure. Just thought that I would rant a little too. the point is... I FEEL YOUR PAIN. find a new repairman.
